Sonesta Cavaliers - Quality Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

	Introducing our newest addition, Homerbrent Muscat. This boy comes from the wonderful and world-famous breeder, Molly Coaker of Homerbrent Kennel in England. We are very grateful that Molly has again trusted us with one of her fabulous puppies. We are calling him "Marco" and will debut him in the show ring as a 7 month old in the upcoming huge Reliant Serious of dogs shows in Houston in July, 2009. We are hopeful that Marco will become our newest stud dog after finishing his championship!
	Sonesta Sweet William has become the newest champion from Sonesta Cavaliers. Congratulations to Willy and his owners, Julie and Kevin Ellingson of California. He finished with a huge major against some really wonderful dogs.
	Sonesta Bon Appetit (Bonny) took Winners Bitch today at the Navasota show, beating out her two sisters, Sonesta Pop Goes the Weasle and Sonesta Hide & Seek. She was shown by 9 year old Conner Gambrell.
	Sonesta Hide & Seek (Heidi) surprised us all by taking Winners Bitch at her very first show at a mere six months old! She beat her sisters Sonesta Pop Goes the Weasle (Weezie) and Sonesta Bon Appetit (Bonny). Conner Gambrell presented her to the judge and because all three won their individual classes and were called back for the winners class, I took her in instead of Conner (who was handling Bonny). Can't tell you how surprised I was when the judge said "The puppy bitch will take it."
	Sonesta Pop Goes the Weasel (Weezie) in on a role, taking Winners Bitch in her last three shows. Handler Janet Gambrell and I couldn't be happier.
	Sonesta Bon Appetit (Bonnie) is showing a real talent for agility work. In this short video clip, you see Bonnie with friend, Janet Gambrell working for only the third time on learning about agility. Bonnie seems to love it!
	Sonesta Sweet William takes another big win in California with owner/handler Julie Ellingson on the lead. Congratulations, Willie and Julie! We are proud of you.
	Sonesta Pop Goes the Weasel was Best of Winners in Houston November 16, 2008. Handler, Janet Gambrell, said she owned the competition. She certainly made us all proud. She's on her way! But her half-sister, Sonesta Bon Appetit, is warning her that she is RIGHT BEHIND HER!
	Two more Sonesta Cavaliers enter the show ring! Sonesta Pop Goes the Weasel (left) and Sonesta Bon Appetit (below) have begun their show careers and they are being shown by a mother and son team, Janet and Connor Gambrell! What fun to have them competing together in the same shows! Both are doing very well and we expect great things of them.
	Sonesta Sweet William ("Willie") was best of breed June 28 and 29, 2008 in California at the Lost Coast Kennel Club shows! He's beginning to knock on the door of his Championship title. We are very proud of him and his owner, Julie Ellingson.
	Sonesta Cookies N Cream ("Cookie") has begun her show career and is doing quite well. She seems to really enjoy all the action and attention. I'll have pictures as soon as they come in. In the meantime, here are pictures we took at home this week.
	Lovejoy Lotus Blossom of Sonesta ("Lottie") is our newest AKC Champion! We are so proud of Lottie! She finished her championships points in high style by winning not one, not two, but THREE 5-point major shows in Oklahoma City June 29, 30 and July 1, 2007! Handler, Karen Newman, says she is just a natural show-off. And she finished her title at only 18 months old. Can't wait to get the show pictures and will post them as soon as they arrive. In the meantime, here is a picture from a few months previously at a prior win. And thank you, Betty of Lovejoy Cavaliers, for trusting me with her. Lottie is by Lovejoy Davy Crockett and out of Lovejoy Cleopatra. She will begin her breeding career soon! Below you see Connor Gambrell, age 7, showing Lottie in her first outing as a Champion - at the Reliant Series of Dog Shows in Houston. It was Connor's first time to handle a show dog and he did a wonderful job!
	Sonesta Sweet William ("Willy") has begun his bid for championship title. Willy has begun gathering points for his AKC championship title with a big win in California! He is being handled by his owner, Julie Ellingson. Way to go, Julie!
	Sonesta Gingersnap ("Ginger") is off to a good start! Ginger began her show career in April, 2005, at 10 months old and immediately began gathering points as winners bitch and best puppy. Ginger is by Ch Sonesta Annakin and out of Homerbrent Ellie of Sonesta.
Photos coming soon!	Sonesta Priceless Treasure ("Price") attains his AKC Champion title! Price was just awesome as he took his AKC championship the last weekend of July, 2003, at only 14 months old. We are so very proud of him and would like to congratulate his owner, Mary Madaan of Il Bacio d'Cavaliers. Price is by Ch and Can Ch Grantilley Dollar and out of our lovely Taywood Tru Destiny. 	Sonesta Priceless Treasure ("Price") continues his winning streak as he took TWO Best of Winners and Best of Breed wins out of the Puppies 9-12 month classes in Missouri May 3-4, 2003. First was at the Spririt of the Heartland Kennel Club show on May 3, 2003, under Judge Mr Richard M Chashoudian. Then at the Jefferson County Kennel Club of Missouri on May 4, 2003 under Judge Mrs Ann D Hearn. We are so proud of him!
Photo coming soon!	Sonesta Priceless Treasure ("Price") takes a major win as Best of Winners at the Houston Kennel Club show March 16, 2003! At only 9 months old, Price is well on his way to his AKC championship. We couldn't be happier for Price and for his owner, Mary Madaan of Il Baccio D' Cavaliers. I'll post pictures when I have them.
	We are so excited to announce the arrival of our newest little girl. Homerbrent Ellie arrived safe and sound from Homerbrent Cavaliers in England on February 12, 2003! Ellie is a gorgeous and feisty little girl by Homerbrent Expression and we can't wait to take her to her first show in July at the Reliant Stadium. Thank you so much Molly Coaker, for entrusting us with this little darling.
	Ch. Sonesta Annakin ("Andy") continues to impress the judges, winning Best of Breed on both days of the recent Conroe Kennel Club shows on December 7 & 8, 2002 in Conroe, Texas. I can't tell you how exciting it was to take my first BOB into the group ring!
	He did it! Sonesta Annakin ("Andy") is now CH Sonesta Annakin, a new American Kennel Club champion dog! He finished his championship on October 13, 2002 at the Baytown Kennel Club show. He will now stand at stud to select Cavalier females. We are just so proud of him!
	Loranka's Majical Music ("Bitsy") has arrived from Wales. We are proud to announce the arrival from Loranka Cavaliers in Wales of this sweet little blenheim girl by Loranka's Majestic Moments . We hope someday she and Andy will produce for us the next generation of Sonesta Champions.
	Welcome our newest litter of puppies out of our girl, Taywood Tru Destiny ("Trudy") and by Ch & Can. Ch Grantilley Dollar. Two tri-color males and one blenheim male. They are adoreable! They are Sonesta Treasure Seeker ("Buddy"), Sonesta Priceless Treasure ("Price") and Sonesta Show Me the Money ("Cash").
	Sonesta Annkakin ("Andy") is on his way to his championship rating with his first 5 point major win on February 24, 2002 at the Brazoria County Kennel Club show in Houston. The judge said she does not often give the win to a puppy and was very impressed with his attitude which she said told her “Pick me! I’m the star today!”
