An all-adults facility, Sonesta Farms offers training for both horse and rider at all levels of dressage.

We specialize in the adult beginner who has always wanted to learn to ride and didn’t have the chance as a child. We recognize the special needs and fears of the adult beginner and we will help you realize your dreams. Then, when (and if) you decide to get involved in showing, we take you and your horse (or let you use a lesson horse) to the schooling and recognized shows.

But don’t be mislead, we offer training and lessons to the most advanced riders as well. USDF Silver Medalist trainer Gina Collier can polish up you and your horse for the FEI levels and coach you well at the big shows. Learn more at www.sonestafarms.com/gina.htm.

We often “take our lessons on the road” by trailering out for half-day trail rides, practice rides at show facilities and day-long “cross country” practices where we work a mock cross country course for fun and confidence-building. Tons of fun is had by all on these special days.
